Classes Begin – June 1, 2010

Mandatory REquirments
Freshmen	-	Card, Birth Certificate and Good Moral Certificate
Transferees	-	Card, Good Moral Certificate and Form 138-A (Card)

Required Uniforms
Boys	-	White Polo with black pants and black shoes
Girls	-	Same prescribed uniform
